3TDNS Service is an automated tool that automatically synchronizes DNS information between primary ('Master') and secondary ('Slave') Microsoft® DNS servers.
The application monitors Master server and performs next actions:

when new primary zone is added to Master DNS server, the zone SOA record gets updated to allow automatic zone transfer to Secondary (Slave) server. Correspondent secondary zone is created on Slave server and set up to receive zone information from Master server.
when primary zone gets deleted on Master DNS server, correspondent secondary zone is deleted on Slave DNS server.

Using CheXpy you'll never miss important changes to the codebase. During the day it routinely polls the database and informs you about any important events. You can turn off your computer, and once you start it the next day, CheXpy checks the files for you and notifies you if some of them have been updated while your computer was off-line.
